Jewellery by Sally Ratcliffe

Sally studied Theatre, Costume and Design at Canterbury College of Art. After working at the Thorndike Theatre for several years, a move to Sheffield opened up a change to 'play' with her interest in metals and jewellery. Inspired by her upbringing in North Wales and its surrounding countryside, she creates jewellery in silver, often with a reticulated surface and detail in gold and semi-precious gemstones. All the work is hallmarked at Sheffield assay Office, with the exception of the lighter pieces which are stamped with her own registered mark and 925. Sally now works from her workshop and shop in Sheffield, producing all the jewellery herself and experimenting with new ideas.... Sally's work is for sale at selected Galleries and shops around Britain. A list of exhibitions, Galleries and shows where Sallys work can be purchased can be seen on my 'Gallery outlets' page.
